Cabin Available

 We have a rustic cabin located on our farm.  It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.  For the Martinsville Speedway race fan, we are ready to offer a close to the track stay. First race Mar.29-30. We are also booking now for the 2008 hunting season.  Don't hunt, no problem enjoy a stay in a quiet setting for a weekend retreat. Click here for additional details and pictures of the cabin.

There are many ways we can get you our farm fresh pork products!!! Sandy River Pork regularly attends farmer's markets in Danville, Martinsville, and Roanoke to name just a few. For a schedule of the markets we attend, please click here.  Or if you want to come and visit us on the farm, we would love to have you out to see us. Please call in advance prior to your visit. Who nows, we may be having a pig roast on that day...

2. BRAT LINK-  1 LB. PACKAGED IN A RING CASTING. MILDLY SEASONED. GREAT ON THE GRILL.

 

3. ITALIAN SAUSAGE- PACKAGED IN 1 LB. RING CASTING. OLD WORLD ITALIAN SEASONINGS. AVAILABLE IN BOTH HOT OR MILD.

 

4. PORK CHOPS - TWO TENDER CHOPS PER PACKAGE, BONE IN. ¾ INCH CUT. AVAILABLE 1 ½  INCH CUT UPON REQUEST FOR GRILLING OR STUFFING.

 

5. BONELESS LOIN- PACKAGE IN 1-2 LB. SIZES. CAN COOK WHOLE OR SLICE AS DESIRED.

 

6. FRESH HAM STEAKS- ¾ INCH CENTER CUT HAM SLICES. AVERAGE 2-21/2 LB.S PER SLICE. EXCELLENT COOKED SLOW ON THE GRILL.

 

7. SPARE RIBS- 2 LB.S OF RIBS AVERAGE PER PACKAGE. THESE ARE GREAT ON THE GRILLED OR BAKED IN THE OVEN.

 

8. POOR BOY RIBS-  CONSIST OF BACKBONE, NECKBONE, AND SHORT RIBS. PACKAGED IN 3-5 LB. BAGS. GREAT GRILLED OR COOKED WITH BEANS.
